As a Senior Experience Researcher at Adobe Inc., I work exclusively in the B2B SaaS context with Enterprise Experience Cloud customers. My work includes conducting moderated usability studies and in-depth user interviews with Experience Cloud customers, analyzing research data to inform design decisions, and delivering evaluative research insights to multiple product teams.
